Role Summary:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop visually compelling content that resonates with our audience. Your role will involve creating digital and print designs, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting various projects from concept to completion. Success in this position means delivering high-quality design solutions that align with our brand’s vision and enhance our overall marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop eye-catching and effective designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and more.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals, audience needs, and creative direction.
Feedback Implementation: Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, showing flexibility and an openness to constructive criticism.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the team.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets, ensuring easy access for the team.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.

Job Requirements
